EDUCATION BEYOND HIGH SCHOOL makes college a reality for students growing up in educationally and economically under resourced communities. United, we can build pathways to college by creating support networks, mentoring workshops and empowering our future generations to further their education by building crucial life skills.
During the summer of students' 8th grade year, we should encourage them to be prepared for their freshman registration, in preparation, make sure students have an idea of their core classes needed for admissions, including GPA requirements ala colleges they may be interested in or have selected to attend, this will keep them moving forward with their future plans and educational goals.
Find out what interests you. The most important thing to do at this point is to get your re to keep your options open and have a short-term and long-term goal. The high school years are the most important in preparing for college.
Grants are given by the government and private organizations to help students pay for school, scholarships are given by the government or by private companies. Your qualifications, heritage, religious affiliation, and other factors will help you qualify for these. Student loans are offered by the United States government, you can repay them in very low monthly payments and without interest (Financial Aid and Student Loans).
